The year 2022 marked the 20th anniversary of the Mauritian property developer. An opportunity for a fine retrospective, from the many actions undertaken to the future envisaged.
E nvironment. EVACO’s commitment to eco-responsibility is fundamental! The latest project – Nautica Villas – is a sustainable construction featuring bioclimatic architecture, solar panels, eco-labeled materials, rainwater harvesting… for total electrical self-sufficiency.
V isionnaire. The boldness and pugnacity of its founder, Arnaud Mayer, are today the unmistakable hallmarks of the group’s DNA. From innovation to questioning, from initiative to risk-taking… EVACO now boasts 60 hectares of sustainable projects in Mauritius and Europe.
A rt of living. Creating meaning through projects that enhance residents’ quality of life is the developer’s accomplished goal. In addition to residential concepts that are in themselves an experience, two museums will soon be opening at Cap Marina, offering an insight into the history of 18th-century privateers and a unique collection of seashells.
C ollaborators. Partners, qualified and multi-skilled cooperators, have been with EVACO since the beginning of the adventure in its innovative missions and challenges. Nothing would have been possible without this synergy of skills! What’s more, the Group provides stable employment for over 835 people of 8 different nationalities.
O ptimism. If Alexandre de Saint Pern ( Group Chief Executive Officer) mentioned the pandemic and the war in Ukraine, he nevertheless remained resolutely positive: “EVACO’s tomorrow is already here… It’s promising and pioneering, but above all it’s profitably sustainable!”
