Exclusively at Espace Maison, you’ll find three new products in the range: Monostop Thermo Roof, Monostop Thermo and Monostop Vapor Elastic. Long-established on the Greek market and regularly revised, these products meet the latest international standards. Based on new technologies and composed of acrylic polyurethane resins, they offer excellent adhesion to prepared surfaces, unique coverage – two coats maximum – and unbeatable value for money.
Undeniable advantages
Designed for use on roofs, Monostop Thermo Roof is eco-labeled. Selected for a number of current projects, it has already proved its worth in prestigious Mauritian projects, such as the One&Only Le Saint Géran, for its thermal comfort, among other features. Specifically created to ensure wall waterproofing and resistance to external climatic conditions (heat, corrosion, heavy rain), cracks and stagnant water, the high-quality product boasts solid assets, added to its longevity.
Monostop Thermo paint, available in white, is applied to facade walls, does not yellow and guarantees perfect thermal insulation. Reworked in the brand’s Greek laboratories to enhance its properties, it has given rise to Monostop Vapor Elastic, which will eventually replace it. Used both indoors and outdoors, this new product is suitable for damp rooms, making it ideal for coating shower cubicles, for example. It is as effective as Monostop Thermo, with the added bonus of offering a palette of 2700 colors in addition to white.
