I ncite today’s companies to reinvent tomorrow’s world.

After six Talk Series presented with a success equal to the vibrant impact of the discussions, challenges and ambitions hosted by Attitude alongside invested speakers, the first event of the year was on “Podcasting, the new media: how to (properly) make your voice heard?” With Esther Amsallem and Juliette Deloustal from the Attitude group, French podcasters Elsa Wolinski and Clémentine Galey, and Mauritian podcasters Shakti Callikan and Cristèle de Spéville, shared their experiences and visions with the audience, transforming personal stories into universal messages with genuine emotion.

Now a fully-fledged medium, podcasts are becoming an integral part of everyday life, with the fundamental aim of For Elsa, it’s a way of carrying not just her own voice, but a collective voice, everyone’s voice! Shakti confirms: “It’s a free media space for Mauritian women. Cristèle described “the challenge of silences and moments of suspension, essential for offering a nuanced and accessible message”. As for Clémentine, confiding that she was neither a health professional nor a psychologist, she spoke of “a caring approach and a climate of trust”.
