From March 11 to 19, 2023, the renowned annual culinary event will bring together top Michelin-starred chefs and toqués from the Constance Hotels & Resorts group, in the kitchens of the two Mauritian addresses, Constance Prince Maurice and Constance Belle Mare Plage.
The competition will showcase local and European talent, in the presence of top sommeliers and award-winning chefs, master chocolatiers and pastry greats. The flagship Deutz, Bernard Loiseau, Pierre Hermé and arts de la table trophies; the signature “gâteaux piment et gâteaux patate” competition; exceptional dinners; master classes alongside Michelin-starred chefs and other guests of honour… will ensure that this year’s festivities once again feature a high level of expertise and creativity.
