Without judgment, she observes and describes fine, dry, even depigmented skin; a (cut)pink décolleté; a slack neck; a loss of elasticity… Talks about dilated pores, toxins, hormones, sluggish collagen, active sebum… I turn pale and consider running away, when she punctuates with a reassuring: “Nothing is irreversible! Hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin are present in the body, we just need to boost them!” Gentle and caring, Sheila explains the damaging effects of unprotected sunlight, invisible pollution, the importance of make-up removal (even without make-up), and of cleansing the skin without foaming products…
Care
The initialization phase cleanses the epidermis and facilitates absorption of all the active ingredients. A first milk to provide vitamins, a second to oxygenate, three deep breaths accompanied by movements on the thorax… I relax. We discuss regeneration, sleep rhythm and programming, skincare routines… while in real time, my skin reveals its secrets to Sheila, who is already handing me a mirror: the results are stunning! Then, the P50 lotion, made up of concentrated fruit acids, applied with tapping movements, exfoliates, smoothes and naturally eliminates my dead cells. A hyaluronic acid and casein booster then plumps up my thirsty skin. The hemifacial movements are precise and well thought-out, culminating in the two-step application of an alternative mask to botox. I then enjoy a massage of my neck, shoulders and skull. Sheila then penetrates my face with a blend of three serums – hydration-collagen-elastin – followed by an appropriate cream, to resculpt it. Finally, a highly concentrated finishing elixir locks in the active ingredients, which I’m advised to keep on until the next day.
