In September and October, Scott & Co Ltd, one of the leading importers and distributors of wines and spirits in Mauritius, presented two renowned South African estates and their wine experts.
On September 11 at the Le Méridien hotel and on October1 at the Trou aux Biches Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa, Dupré Nell, export manager at Anthonij Rupert, and Jeanette Bruwer, owner and oenologist at Springfield, were keen to share their expertise in a series of master classes on sustainable viticulture and the stages of production and processing.
These workshops for local sommeliers were punctuated by tasting experiences of these exceptional wines, in the La Maison Scott boutiques – in Grand Baie and Ruisseau Créole, in front of an audience of customers, in a convivial atmosphere.
